How to place order on West End Coffe?
You can navigate within our catalog by choosing the section from the navigation menu. You can find the product you want more easily by using the search filters. Once you have chosen the products and the quantities that you need you can add them to the cart, from the product list or from the data sheet of each individual product, after which you can finalize the order with the quick checkout. To place orders on West End Cofee it is not necessary to be registered. However, we recommend that you create a personal account to access exclusive areas and services dedicated to our customers.
What are the shipping costs?
Transport costs changing according to the weight of the products purchased and will be calculated and displayed in the first step of order.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery times start from the date of shipment and depend on the shipping service selected or available in each country.
How can I track my order?
When your order leaves the warehouse you will receive the link to track the shipment in your email.
The courier cannot schedule a delivery time or make appointments. We therefore invite you to provide a valid delivery address, making sure there is always someone there (for example, your place of work or the address of a relative).
How can I get an invoice?
You can choose to receive an invoice by clicking on "REQUEST INVOICE" in the cart. You will be able to enter the data and your VAT to receive the invoice
