Track the shipment
To check where your order is you can use the tracking link you will receive via email when your order leaves our warehouses. The shipping code can be found in the Orders area of ​​your Account and in the shipping confirmation email.

The courier cannot schedule a delivery time or make appointments! We therefore invite you to provide a valid delivery address, making sure there is always someone there (for example, your place of work or the address of a relative). We remind you that the courier will try to deliver the purchased package, leaving, in the absence of the recipient, a non-delivery notice which contains the telephone number of the local office and the shipping number of the package. In the event that the recipient does not give other instructions for redelivery, the courier will make a second attempt. If the absence of the recipient occurs again, the goods will remain in storage at the courier's local branch awaiting instructions, before automatically returning to our warehouses.
